Kate Anthony and Jack Barton  – ‘Developments in Avatar Therapy: Using Virtual Reality Imagery and Audio to Actualise Hallucinatory Voices’.

 

Kate ,DPsych, FBACP, is a leading expert on the use of technology in therapy. She is co-editor and co-author of three textbooks on the subject, as well as numerous articles, chapters and journals. She is a Fellow of BACP and Past-President and Fellow of ISMHO. She is co-founder of the Online Therapy Institute and the Online Coach Institute. Jack Barton is an undergraduate in psychology at Durham University. His chief interests include schizophrenia, mental health stigma and novel therapies in the treatment of mental disorders

 

Kate Dunn –  Online textual therapy- is it ‘only words?’

 

Kate has worked as a counsellor at the University of Portsmouth for 7 years and set up the online counselling service there 4 years ago. Kate has recently completed an MA in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and chose to explore the Online Counselling Relationship for her research dissertation

Steph Palin –The power of photographs and other images in therapy online

Steph has worked online for more than a dozen years, and is a leading expert in working online with Sexual Problems. She currently works as a consultant to Relate in their innovations work, and lectures in Psychosexual Therapy. Steph’s online work includes being a relationship expert for ManMOT, an online Doctor’s surgery for men, Vice chairman of ACTO and President of ISMHO.
