Personal Bibliography Anne Stokes
While in theory Anne has retired from her work as an online counsellor, supervisor and trainer, that hasn’t all gone to plan! She is still running workshops about online work for interested groups and is awaiting the publication of her latest book – this time an edited work on the practice of online supervision. Some of the highlights of her involvement in online therapy have been as a director (now retired) of Online Training Ltd; as co-author of an early best-selling book on the practice of online counselling; introducing the first UK externally validated Diploma in Online Supervision; and writing the BACP curricula for e-counselling and for Training the Trainers of e-counselling. She spends half of the year in her French home and worked online from there for a number of years.
